Thanks for visiting my website! I would like to tell you a little bit about my associates. They really are a great group and they each bring something unique & of value to our team.

 Sue is another one that understands relocating. She's lived in 8 different states and wouldn't call any other place home but Weddington. Sue & her husband have 2 children. Her son attends UNC-Chapel Hill and a daughter who is a sophmore at Warren Wilson in Ashville. An avid animal lover, Sue is Mom to 2 dogs, 2 cats & several horses...I know where I'll take the next stray animal I find. Sue is very passionate about real estate. She wants to exceed all expectations & be your agent for life. Sue is currently pursuing her "Eco Designation" so we can have an "Green Guru". Sue also has her Coldwell Banker Previews designation making her a luxury property expert.

 Donese is a native of North Carolina but is definitely our relocation expert, having moved 13 times. She lived in Sydney, Australia for 7 years & in Charlotte for a total of 11 years & everywhere else in between. She & her husband John have 3 children...Jay in Florida, Steven who just recently graduated from NC State, & Lauren who is currently a junior at NC State. Donese has the patience of a saint...must be the result of having 3 kids. She always seems to go above & beyond for all her clients...which is why she gets a ton of referrals from past clients. She's also my rental "guru". I would describe her as savvy, loyal, knowledgeable, & a hoot to hang out with! She's also what I consider "my second in charge".

Wanda is our bilingual associate which is only natural considering her world travels.  Originally from North Carolina, Wanda lived in Venezuela, Mexico, and Argentina for many years and is fluent in Spanish.  Needless to say, Wanda and her family have relocated many times so she really understands what a client goes through when moving to a new city (or country!).  She has also built 5 new homes so she can efficiently walk you through the new construction process as well.  If schools are important criteria in your home search, Wanda will share that passion because she was an educator. A proud mother and grandmother, Wanda understands the importance of finding the perfect home and she will work hard to meet and exceed all of your expectations.
